The 12,000 SF design/build facility for New Pal Hardware & Rental Do-it-Best store is an attractive pre-engineered steel building utilizing architectural block on the store front. For additional retail space, a framed metal canopy was designed for the front of the store that is 10’ deep and extends 20’ down each side of the building.
Store owner Clark Hagerman said, "From the design standpoint we were very happy with the building design and we were able to incorporate everything necessary for our type of work." By using the Design/Build concept, each aspect of the project is planned and managed to deliver a building that satisfies the needs of the owner in the most cost-effective and time-efficient manner.
