The 314,000 SF addition to the Indiana Automotive Fasteners plant matches the existing low bay building height of 26’. The superstructure of the building is comprised of structural steel and bar joists with custom exterior panels. The addition includes thirteen truck dock locations, accessible from all three sides of the building. Also included are multi-user rest rooms, locker rooms, two large furnace pits and an overhead crane. The project received an Excellence in Design Award from the Associated Builders & Contractors of Indiana.
