The 44,000 SF manufacturing facility built for Ryobi Die Casting (USA), Inc. by Runnebohm Construction Co., Inc. is a 200’ x 226’ pre-engineered metal building system with 56’ bays. The facility is also air-conditioned and the interior steel framing as well as all piping is painted and color coded to company specifications. An additional 43,000 SF warehouse with a small shipping office was also built for Ryobi that is 130’ x 330’. The warehouse includes four truck docks and a high energy efficient lighting system with motion sensors.
