The 24,000 SF manufacturing facility was built for Tree City Tool & Engineering in Greensburg, Indiana. The nw facility is a 132' x 200' single slope building with an eave height of 26'. The entire front of the building is highlighted by a split-face masonry wainscoting that is 10' high. The interior of the building has more than 7,500 SF of space for office, administration and engineering on two floors. The facility has a 20 ton Bridge crane that runs the full length of the building and is designed into the main building columns. The building is also designed with brackets in the support columns for an additional 5 ton crane that is to be added in the future.
