A 232,000 SF manufacturing facility built for TS Tech of Indiana will provide interior automotive seating and trim for Indiana’s Honda Civic Plant. The facility consists of a 375’ by 550’ pre-engineered metal building that utilizes precast panels as architectural features. This facility includes 42,000 SF of office space with a full kitchen that will serve three meals to over 300 associates daily. Other features unique to this project include two elevators, twenty-four loading docks, ten acres of paving, and sixty acres of landscaping and seeding.
