A 25,000 SF facility in Indianapolis is new home for YORK International. The new facility is 120’ x 208’ with an eave height of 38’. The main entrance to the facility is highlighted by a custom made canopy and 85 lineal feet of split-face masonry wainscoting. The design of the canopy features exposed tubular bar joist and 10 inch diameter steel columns. A metal deck is attached to the bar joist for a simple and clean appearance on the underside. The building consists of more than 23,000 SF of distribution area and 1,500 SF of office space on two floors. The distribution area is equipped with two overhead cranes to load and unload trailers containing their large industrial chillers and equipment.
