Runnebohm Construction served as General Contractor for the Corporate Headquarters and Manufacturing Facility for Helmer Blood & Refrigerated Products. The facility is located in the Saxony Corporate Campus in Noblesville, Indiana.
The project consisted of 110,000 SF of fully air-conditioned manufacturing and warehouse space with an additional 30,000 SF of Office. The building features precast wall panels, structural steel, bar joists, and an EPDM ballasted roof. The project included development of a 10 acre site with landscaping and 200+ parking spaces.
