API International - Distribution Center

A 20,000 SF facility for API International in Mt. Comfort Commercial Park utilizes 30’ tall pre-cast concrete wall panels, and a structural steel roof system that allows for a 24‘ clear height throughout the facility.
The facility also includes more then 1600 SF of office space, four truck docks and a 14’ drive-in door. Jack Topham, Branch Manager, said "The warehouse was completed before the scheduled date and the building looked great. The follow up by Runnebohm Construction was impressive, and they made certain that everything functioned as it should and that we received required operating and maintenance instructions."
