This 373,000 SF Warehouse and Distribution Center was built on a fast track basis in seven months - one full month ahead of schedule. Features include twenty-seven truck docks, a 360’ long masonry fire separation wall, and four acres of paving. 13,500 cubic yards of concrete were placed on the project. The metal building system has approximately 2800 SF of space per interior column to allow for storage flexibility at an excellent value. This project won an American Buildings Company award for Excellence in Design for the warehouse/distribution center category.
