Triumph Controls Incorporated of Shelbyville, Indiana doubled the size of their existing facility by 50,000 SF. The expansion is 210’ by 240‘ with an eave height of 28’ that is used 100% for plant floor space. The manufacturing facility is a pre-engineered metal building with 30 ft. by 70 ft. bays, with exterior sidewalls utilizing a split-face masonry wainscoting that is 10’ high. The existing 50,000 SF as well as the new expansion was built by Runnebohm Construction Company as part of their Design/Build Construction Services.
