Runnebohm Construction served as Design/Build General Contractor for the Hoosier Energy Power Delivery Operations Center in Spencer, Indiana. The project consisted of development of a 90-acre site and construction of an 18,000-SF Office and Power Operation Command Center and a 82,000-SF Warehouse and Repair Facility.
Hoosier Energy is a generation and transmission cooperative that supplies power and services to 18 member electric cooperatives throughout Indiana and southeastern Illinois.
