Rev-One’s corporate headquarters in Greenwood, Indiana, serves as the home of the company and its affiliates, MED-1, EPI, and CBS. The project was the complete renovation of the former Bally’s Total Fitness facility.
It involved major interior demolition and reconfiguration, including the removal and filling of the indoor pool and all related utilities and equipment.
The result is a 32,000 SF office facility equipped with HVAC, fire suppression, server room, corporate breakroom and fitness area.
