The 11,600 SF retail facility for McCool’s Flooring consisted of a pre-engineered metal building system with a standing seam roof and masonry exterior. The aesthetics of the facility are further enhanced with an elevated corner entry that is dressed with a stucco finish and also serves as a location for their business sign.
The use of a pre-engineered metal building system resulted in a faster erection time and a major cost savings in construction of the facility as well as a faster occupancy for the owner. After the completion of the project the owner said, “We have never been so pleased with the outcome of a project.
