Pike Lumber Company’s saw mill is a state-of-the art processing facility located in Milan, Indiana. The facility is comprised of four metal building systems designed to fit the very specific needs and functions of their lumber sawing and processing equipment. Portions of the building feature below-grade processing floor area and saw equipment and overhead cranes are integrated throughout.
The project required significant site work and includes a 5-acre lumber storage yard.
